Time M.A.N. (short for Time Manager and Noter) is a simple, startup-friendly web-based time-tracking tool that helps users log time in, time out, and take notes on their daily activities. It’s built to improve productivity and accountability for teams and individuals alike.


2. Is Time M.A.N. really free to use?

Yes! All features are currently free of charge for all users. We built Time M.A.N. to be as accessible as possible especially for small teams and remote workers.

Note: We may introduce optional subscription plans in the future, but you’ll be notified ahead of time. No surprise charges ever.


3. What can I do with Time M.A.N.?

With Time M.A.N., you can:

4. Do I need to install anything?

Nope! Time M.A.N. is fully web-based. Just visit our official Time M.A.N. page and log in. No downloads, no extensions required.

Yes. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and follow globally accepted data protection principles. Your data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and only used for service-related functions.


8. Will there be paid plans?

Currently, Time M.A.N. is free for everyone. If and when we introduce premium features or plans:

  • You’ll get at least 30 days’ notice
  • Free plans will still be available
  • No charges without your explicit consent

9. Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. If you’d like to delete your account and all associated data, simply email us at timeman@imaginetech.solutions with your request. We’ll process deletion within 30 days.


10. Can I use Time M.A.N. with my team?

Absolutely. Time M.A.N. works for both individuals and teams. You can have multiple users log time on the same account or manage separate accounts per user, depending on how your workflow is set up.


11. Do you integrate with other apps like Slack or project management tools?

Not at the moment but we’re actively working on future updates and integrations based on user feedback. Stay tuned!


12. Who owns the data I input?

You do. Time M.A.N. does not claim ownership over your logs or notes. You can export or request your data anytime.
