Welcome to Time M.A.N. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and time-tracking software located at Time M.A.N. including all features and services provided. By accessing or using Time M.A.N., you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Time M.A.N., you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Time M.A.N. is a cloud-based time-tracking tool that allows registered users to log work hours and notes. All features are currently offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription-based pricing in the future, with reasonable prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal data like name and email address for account registration. We process this data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Subscription and Future Pricing

Time M.A.N. is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce a paid model in the future. If so, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software provided through Time M.A.N are the intellectual property of ImagineTech Solutions Corporation, unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for violations of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time M.A.N. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as-is".

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
