These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and time-tracking software located at TIME M.A.N. including all features and services provided (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using Time M.A.N., you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Time M.A.N., you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Time M.A.N. is a cloud-based time-tracking tool that allows registered users to log work hours and notes. All features are currently offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription-based pricing in the future, with reasonable prior notice.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account.

Time M.A.N. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in any suspicious or unlawful activity.

5. Subscription and Future Pricing

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We strive to maintain up time and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Time M.A.N shall not be liable for:

• Suspend or delete your account for violations of these Terms
• Discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice

• Time M.A.N shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved:

• First through informal negotiation
• If unresolved, through arbitration in Metro Manila, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI)
